Hi i saw a post recently that said about having savoury drinks - am i allowed chicken bovril?

Bovril's a bit too salty, really - it might make you retain water which could lead to disappointing results on weigh day.
But you can have Cambridge's own Savoury Drink (ask your CWPC). Some folks have the low salt version of Marigold Bouillon - that's generally considered to be okay too.
