Chicken burger :os

So disappointed with myself! So after a gain last week (week away) I decided to be über good this week! Last night was a night in town for my oh brothers bday. I decided to drive and be des as I wasnt bothered about drinking and it was appealing knowing I wouldn't be wasting syns... So I did really well under 1am then we went into a beeping Keebab shop and I got a chicken Breast burger!! Omg!!! Argh!!!!!!
I have no ideas on syns but would like help with a guesstimate so I can track it!!

Ok online I found basic burger bars chicken burger 20.5 syns average

Or a burger king chicken royale is 34.5

So depending on what it was like you can guess somewhere between 20 & 34
