Chicken & Chorizo

2 chicken breasts (3pp per 100g)
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 onion - chopped
60g chorizo (2pp per 30g)
potatoes - cut ito chunks (2pp for 100g)
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp tomato puree
1/4- 1/2 pint chicken stock


  1. fry the onion until soft and golden
  2. add chicken and cook both sides
  3. cut the chorizo into chunks, add to the pan, cook for 2-3 mins until the juices start to come out
  4. put all into stew pot
  5. add tomatoes, stock, tomato puree and garlic to stew pot
  6. add potatoes, cover and simmer for about 40 mins
  7. top with parsley
 
Now that sounds lovely, will definitely give that a go.
