Chicken drumstick !?

Am I right in thinking I can having chicken drumsticks if I take the skin off before cooking them ? Thanks in advance

Yes defo !!! I only do packs through the week and buy a cooked chicken on a Friday to keep me going over the weekend ... My wee treat lol

I was told in the facebook page that it's best not too as the fat content is too high !!

Well chum like I said I polished off a whole chicken over the weekend (drumsticks and all) and I lost 8 1/2lb today !!! Just go with what u think as I find as long as I watch the carbs everything else is fine x
