what if any of the chicken things like the birds eye flavoured ones are free of low syns I do my shopping at tesco so could be tesco own brand or any tinned foods that are free of low syn just for an after work quick fix when i am rushing i dog train some nigts and get home and have to rush out again so would be good to have quick stand by other than pasta n sauce or rice lol
