Chicken Fried Rice

This recipe is really tasty & good low syn alternative to a takeaway.

Make some basmati rice in normal way

Meanwhile mix 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce (amoy do a free one) with 1 tablespoon soy sauce & 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil (3 syns)

stir fry 113g (HEA) with some mangetout & red peppers (or anything else you fancy)

Add the cooked rice some spring onion a clove of crushed garlic & a knob of grated fresh ginger & stir fry for another few mins

move rice mix to side of pan & pour in 1 beaten egg to the base of the pan. leave for 30 secs to set a little bfore stirring through.

Add the sauce & stir through before serving

Mmm, sounds familiar....is this adapted from the cook yourself thin recipe by any chance...lol???!!!

Absolutely love this, sometimes add the prawns aswell!!!

But don't forget to add the chicken!!!
