Red Day Chicken jambalaya

Just made this recipe from the website and there's enough to feed a small army. Does anyone know if it would be ok to freeze? Not sure if it's ok to freeze rice.

I agree, I defo think it'll be ok, just make sure you reheat fully when you want to eat it again
