Chicken Juices

When you roast a chicken, are the juices fat??

When you add them to gravy it tastes a bit nicer! Does this have to be synned? Because if so I shant bother!! lol

Not as they are. But if you put them in the fridge until all the fat has settled on the top and solidified, and you then scrape it all off then that will be fine.
