I've got a really easy chicken Korea recipe using the Greek style coconut millers:
Brown onions and diced chicken with fry light. Add mushrooms, peppers, etc if you wish. Crumble in 2 chicken stock cubes and 2 curry Oxo cubes ( or curry powder). Cook until chicken and veg done, then remove from heat a stir in the coconut muller yogurt. I normally serve with bachelors mild curry savoury rice and green beans - yum, yum!
