Could someone tell me how much cooked chicken i can have on a green day ive used all my HE so would have to use it as syns

28grms of cooked chicken is 2.5syns. Not too bad really

Sorry I haven't got a clue, less I think. I always have meat on a red day & don't tend to have it on a green day.
