Chicken recipe!!!

Hi Guys

Just thought I'd share a recipe with you. It involves using herbs and spices and I e-mailed Rob to see if it was ok. CD also say PURE herbs and spices are acceptable too so I figure it should be fine! Hopefuly, we can all get creative now with the spices!
Bearing in mind we are ONLY allowed 100g of protein, I SPLIT this up over 4 days.

2 Chicken Breasts or white fish 400g
1 level teaspoon of Thyme
1 level teaspoon of cumin
1 level teaspoon of oregano
half a teaspoon of white pepper
half a teaspoon of paprika

Addition to make Southern Style Chicken with a crispy coating!!! :D
ADD half a pack of soup OR Original Oats

Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees/180 fan assisted oven.

Mix spices and Coat chicken well and dry fry in a non stick pan (or use spray lite, I DON'T bother with this!!) for approx 2 mins on each side on a medium heat.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and finish off in the oven for 25 mins.
I personally do not use a pack to make the southern style chicken and have my Macaroni Cheese as an accompanying dish with Cauliflower. This is really filling for me and keeps me going until my bar at 9pm with my decaf!!!

PS: Please check the spices you use DO NOT contain sugar or citric acid and are 100% PURE ingredients, i.e. mixed spice, and chinese 5 spice DO!!! x
