Chicken Soup help!

    I know this will make me sound incredibly thick......... but.........

    The instructions on the bag don't say use hot water for the chicken soup?!?!?!

    So, can you make it with hot water, or do you have to mix it cold then heat it?

    Thanks again in advance for helping out a newbie lol

    I always add boiling hot water to it first, So I am hoping everyone else does this also :D But yes you do add hot water to it first..:) X

    I make it straight with hot water. I take it you haven't had the soup yet...good luck!!

    I make it up from cold. I always add a pint of water and heat it up in a saucepan (whisking like mad)with added black pepper and chilli flakes and sometimes a dash of curry powder - yum!!

    I will have to try it both ways :)

    Just made it with hot water and its not as bad tasting as I was expecting :)
    Tomorrow will try the pan way and add a few extras :)

    I use 3/4 boiling water, mix it up (adding pepper and chilli powder) and then top up with 1/4 of cold water to make it cool enough to drink straight away.

    The one and only time i had the chicken was with hot water.

    I put it in a blender with hot water, loads of pepper and a pinch of chilli.

    I don't find it too bad - in fact it's a change to be tasting something savoury. I peppered it up so much last time I couldn't really taste anything but HOT! Blaaaaaaaaagh.... :p
