Im just boiling a chicken carcass to attempt some home made noodle soup
I intend to boil then strain then boil with onion garlic etc then leave over night to skim the fat off
Not sure if thats right !!
But i need to know how many calories will be in the stock when i have skimmed it? I know it probably depends how concentrated it is? Not sure ha ha what i have found ranges from 80 cals a cup to 15 cals a cup!
Any help would be brill!
