Chicken Stock Help

Hi guys!
This query is for my mum who started weight watchers last week. She is a great cook and likes to do everything from fresh.

So she made a chicken in the slow cooker:

In the bottom:
Small amount of celery/mushroom/carrots/garlic.
A whole chicken with skin seasoned
Water

Once cooked she removed the chicken and skin. And removed the meat from the bones to use for other meals. Then put the bones back in the slow cooker. With more water.

Then once they had been cooking for many hours, drained the liquid. Leaving the mushy veg and bones for the bin. Leaving just the stock.

This stock is sooooo tasty. So she uses it as a base for other meals. Soup, any sauces and rice.

So how an earth do I advise her on pointing this? Should she point it the same as shop brought broth?

Sorry guys! I know it's a month later but does anyone know?

Honestly, I would point it at 1pp per cup 250ml or something. Especially if its just the stock, storebought stock I get here is 0pp but to prevent miscalculation I would take the safe side and point it at 1..
