Chicken Thighs/ Wings ok on Exante Working Solution

I have decided that I am probably going to be do the working solution plan as TS so hardcore!

Please tell me that chicken thighs/ wings with skin on are ok?

Just eaten them and now feel really bad/ guilty :wave_cry:
