i did this last night.....I wrapped bacon round, seared it in frying pan with fry light to hold bacon in place then put in oven for about 25 - 30 mins, turning halfway......that might just be me though as I am paranoid about raw chicken lol and they were massive, was stuffed after!!
thanks annie, thanks chantelle, im the same with chicken so scared incase i get it raw, i swear i would pass out, so waht number is 200 on gas cooker please.

it's about gas mark 6 according to google LOL

If you're not sure if it's cooked or not, just make a small cut into the middle and see how pink it is
