I know that some people on 810 have 0% fat free yoghurt instead of their milk allowance and use it with curry powder to put on their chicken to make chicken curry.... but a question, do you marinate the chicken breast in the yoghurt and curry powder, or just mix them together and put on after you have cooked your chicken breast... just wondering how you do it? Thank you.

personally, i would use it as a mainade as i think yogurt can sploit when cooked at too high a heat....but i might be wrong on that one
