    Trying the Slim-Fast diet for at least a week to kick start my weight loss again. Was on Slimming World but need something new for a bit.

    10Jul2010:

    Breakfast - SF Chocolate shake (230 cals)
    Dinner - SF Chocolate shake (230 cals)
    Snack -1/2 Ador Milk Chocolate Orange bar (91 cals)
    Snack - Satsuma (14 cal) + Alpen Light bar (70 cals)
    Tea - Asda Good For You Cajun Chicken Fettucini (384 cals) + Brocolli (1 cup cooked = 54 cals) + Carrots (1/2 cup cooked = 27 cals). Total = 465 cals
    Snack - Muller Light Toffee Yoghurt (97 cals)

    Drinks -
    Sugar Free Squash (900ml)
    Pepsi MAX (1590ml)

    Exercise - 3 hours shopping in town, lol

    Total calories = 1197


    Comments - Had a good first day!

    Snack - 300g Melon (75 cals) + 1 Satsuma (14 cal)
    Dinner - Tandoori Cod (180 cals?) + Brocolli (1 cup cooked = 54 cals) + Carrots (1/2 cup cooked = 27 cals) + Potatoes, Tinned (1/3 tin = 62 cals). Total = 323 cals
    Snack - Elizabeth Hurley Banana & Chocolate Organic Oat Bar (99 cals)
    Tea - SF Lemon Meringue shake (220 cals)
    Snack -SF Chocolate Caramel Treat (95 cals)
    Snack -1/2 Ador Milk Chocolate Orange bar (91 cals)

    Drinks -
    Sugar Free Squash (1200ml)
    Pepsi MAX (990ml)
    Cup of Tea (14 cals) w/ 2 Sugars (32 cals)

    Exercise -
    1/2 hour Just Dance Wii Game
    5 mins ab exercises
    1/4 hour Just Dance Wii Game

    Total calories = 1193


    Comments -
    Had my main meal for dinner today instead of tea, I hope that is allowed..! :) Also had an extra snack, but still under calorie allowance so hope that is not cheating too much! I guess if I include one of the snacks as part of my Dinner it doesn't look so bad, lol.
    And I did resist a Mr. Kipling Apple pie!! ...mmmm pie!

    hi chick, i like the way you exercise. im sure thats one way i can get some exercise in :D
    lets hope we will all be exercising for smaller clothing! :)

    Lol, yes - shopping is my favourite exercise! ^^ I have a whole wardrobe of clothes to slim into but I know when I can fit into them I'll probably be treating myself to some new ones instead! :giggle:

    How's your day been? Wish i had the dedication to counting everything that you have!! I was addicted to carb counting when on atkins but i do seem to lapse a bit on SF.

    I've had a good day, thanks! So far so good! :) I love keeping a food diary and this is the first time I have calorie counted so it is all new to me at the moment.

    Tomorrow I am dreading, though - I have a busy office job and I am more likely to fall off the rails on a work day. Hopefully I can keep on track!

    Snack - Muller Light Banana & Custard Yoghurt (103 cals)
    Tea - Asda Good To You Chicken Tikka Masala w/ Pilau Rice (459 cals) + 1 Sainsburys Be Good To Yourself Naan Bread (119 cals). Total = 578
    Snack - Raspberries (100g = 27 cals) + 1 Satsuma (14 cals) + 1/2 Monster Puffs bar (43 cals)

    DRINKS -
    Sugar Free Squash (1200ml)
    Pepsi MAX (990ml)

    EXERCISE -
    1/2 hour Walk
    1/2 hour Just Dance Wii Game

    Total calories = 1323

    Hey Chicklet, slow down girlie, you will have lost all your weight and gone from these boards in just a few weeks, and we will only have just got to know you !! No seriously you are doing really well, and a great inspiration to some of us who are more laid back in our approach to weight loss. I ill make more of an effort to calorie count, ta x

    Snack - Muller Light Toffee Yoghurt (97 cals)

    DRINKS -
    Sugar Free Squash (1800ml)
    Pepsi MAX (1320ml)

    EXERCISE -

    Total calories = 1321

    it makes me wonder what has happened to all the other slim fast people on this site who havnt updated for a while!
    i know i shall keep logging in daily when i reach goal. will be good to keep track and i bet it helps for not regaining :)

    Me too. In the past i've drifted away and then snuck back sheepishly when i've piled all the weight back on plus more. Not gonna happen this time!

    Oh dear, my halo fell down to my knees the last few days and wi this morning confirmed I have put 1/2 lb on *sigh* :break_diet:

    Oh wells, time to get started again... I will only be doing the Slim Fast plan over this weekend and then I am switching back to Slimming World again. Mainly because I have a fridge full of yoghurt to get through! lol ^^

    17Jul2010:

    Snack - 2 squares of Ador Dark Choc & Mint (60 cals)
    Dinner - SF Chocolate shake (230 Cals)
    Snack - Kelloggs Fibre Plus bar (119 cals)
    Tea - 2 small Jacket Potatoes w/ Cheese (350 cals)
    Snack - Asda Fruit & Grain bar Apple & Cinnamon (130 cals)
    Snack - Muller Light Banana & Custard Yoghurt (111 cals)

    DRINKS -
    Sugar Free Squash (600ml)
    Pepsi MAX (990ml)

    EXERCISE -
    1/2 hour Walk

    Total calories = 1230


    Comments - Must remember to keep drinking!

    I use yogurts in with SF diet, as one of my snacks, maybe changing diets would not be good as you have got your body used to this one !! but whatever you do, do it well, we all here if you wanna talk x x x

    To be honest, I'm not really sure what to do at the mo. Over the past few weeks I have been struggling to keep focused. I am OK at the weekends and at the beginning of the week, but towards the end of the week I am bored, stressed and tired and just want to eat everything in the cupboard ^^. This week was my * week as well which didn't help.

    I also found myself going hungry a lot this week. I know it must get easier, but the only diet I have followed before SF is SW on which you never go hungry. Hence this is why I am planning on going back onto Slimming World.

    Dinner - Cajun Chicken with Mushrooms, Brocolli, Carrots and Cauliflower (350 cals)
    Snack - Asda Fruit & Grain bar Blueberry (130 cals)
    Snack - 1 round of Pate on Toast (160 cals)
    Snack - Slice of Maltloaf (100 cals)
    Tea - SF Chocolate shake (230 Cals)

    DRINKS -
    Sugar Free Squash (900ml)
    Pepsi MAX (990ml)
    Cup of Tea w/ 2 Sugars (46 cals)

    EXERCISE -

    Total calories = 1254
