I do not know but web says the above are FREE
(But must confess until about 7/7 ago had never tried!!)

I buy the Geo Organic one from Waitrose and have always counted it as free, even tho I can't find it on Syns online.
I compared it to the Asda one and it had the same ingredients and same nutrition values too

..chickpea dahl NOT FREE! D: chickpeas are but its like 9 syns for half a tin, it use to be free. an alternative is, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion chopped and fried off with some ginger a tsp of garam masala and a tblspoon of mild curry powder with a small carton of passatta or tin of tomatoes mixed in with the chickpeas (i usually add some spinach in aswell)

Chickpea dahl IS free, just checked Syns online and it says free! (Tesco, Asda, Aldi and Mazadar)
