chickpea / salad and chicken / quorn meal

I saw a delicious meal on The biggest loser australia. I have had a couple of times and thought that i would share with you.
1 can of chickpeas
Salad (whatever you like in superfree)
chicken breast / quorn / fish with some herbs.
cook the chicken / quorn / fish as per preference.
Warm the chickpeas and then drain and add to the salad, mix. then cut up chicken / quorn / fish and add to salad.
very nice, very quick and delicious.
