Well started refeed yesterday guys and it's very exciting altogether!!!

Yesterday had main bar for breakfast with cup of tea and drop of skimmed milk same for lunch and tuna with lettuce, tomato,onion,cucumber,peppers and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

Today had main bar for breakfast with tea and skimmed milk, had the same for lunch- I know I could of had real food but wasn't hungry!! For dinner had a boiled chicken breast with same salad as yesterday-very gorgeous!!

Does it matter I had 2 main bars instead of one???

Uh oh messed up big time today!!!

Had main bar for breakfast but then went out for family dinner- no good options eek!! Ended up having 1 slice of roast beef, a tablespoon of potato and cabbage-this is not easy!!

Just gonna have a main bar for dinner now instead of a meal as I feel so guilty- hopefully I haven't ruined things now!

Nooooo they are really nice!!! I cut them up into bitesize pieces and have them with tea :)

Ok I am not finding this easy!!

I had main bar for brekkie again and a baked potato with light phildelphia and tuna for lunch at about 3pm- its half 6 now and I still feel stuffed cant face a dinner :(

You really are doing it all backwards! I wouldnt be surprised if you had a gain this week. You really need to follow the refeed sheet - its what its there for!

Go read it again and familiarise yourself with it. If you did 2 days of day 1 then do 2 days of day 2 and so on. Its there to help us get back into eating all the different food groups and there to help us not have a massive glycogen gain in the first week.

I'm not doing it backwards. I did 2 days on day 1 as advised by my pharmacist- she also said its fine to have to main bars and 1 meal a day. Plus this is my day 4 and baked potato and tuna is on the refeed sheet. If I'm not hungry whats the point in forcing myself to eat? When you havent had solid food in 4 weeks its a big shock to the system to eat 2 meals a day.

I didn't have food for 6months ... yes its a shock to the system but you should follow the plan to the letter. If you did 2 days of day 1 you should then do 2 days of day 2. You shouldnt of had potatoe without doing days 3 and 4 .... this is what i mean by you doing it backwards.

Only trying to help though.

Sorry I know your trying to help- I just feel really sick after lunch the baked potato was tiny ( the only reason I had potato today and yest is cause it was on the sheet might leave them out in future I dont even like potatos) and I only ate half the tuna but I'm still stuffed- I'll try manage some chicken and salad tonight. Going to see my pharmacist again tomorrow to talk to her cause honestly I cant manage this much food a day. Gonna be doing refeed for as long as necessary though. Sorry again

No need to be sorry chick. You can do day 1 for as long as you need to just be sure to only have the food on there. Then when you wana introduce more do day 2 for a bit. There is no point eating if you can't fit it in and are genuinely full up. It's hard going back to eating ain't it. X

Thanks, yeah its really hard. I'm not sure if its refeeding or what but I'm really sick, I've vomitted 3 times this evening and have to go number 2.........alot :( Feel so sick- could not come at a worse time I'm refeeding for a wedding I'm bridesmaid at on saturday :( what am I gonna do :(

Well went to pharmacist today and as it turns out have a vomitting bug :( Lovely!!! Anyway told her I was struggling to eat all the food everyday but she was lovely and we've tailored the plan a bit- so instead of eating 2 dinners I will have a main bar for breakfast a wholegrain salad sandwich for lunch and protein and veg for dinner. So I'm sure I should be fine once this bug passes.

Thanks :) Managed a small chicken breast and some sprouts for dinner x Vomitting has stopped so I'm happy happy...........well as happy as I can be :)

Meant to ask is that your before pic on the left??

Yes thats my before picture! I was at my biggest then in the blue top - its very embarrasing isnt it! :giggle:

Yup feeling much better today thank goodness- just had my main bar for brekkie and it hasnt reappeared so happy happy :)

Now hun its not embarrasing at all!!! Look how well you've done!!! Your like a whole (half of) another person, you look absolutely amazing xx

Well I think you've done amazingly well :) Fair play xx

Managed to keep lunch and dinner down too- gonna go for another walk now as feeling very full!!

Have 7lbs to get to goal- do you think its worth doing tfr for 1 more week? I have a wedding this saturday which is why I'm refeeding now and a weekend away on the 12th so would want to refeed again for that? I think I might be better off just doin maintenance? Oh I dont know!

Just keep going as is for now love if i were you. And if after your occassions you want to go back to tfr for a week then go for it :)

Thanks yeah I think your right x

TBH I even if I stay at this weight I'll be happy cause I think I look fine now- all my clothes fit me again :)
