They sound amazing Nik, how about putting them into a spicy sausage pasta making a sauce from chopped tomatoes, chillis, onion and pepper? Maybe add a few rashers of chopped up grilled lean bacon too?

Or maybe a sausage casserole?

How about a spicy SW sausage quiche? I made one the other day and it was really nice, I also added a bit of chopped fresh chilli, and some garlic/herb shaker mix.

I would probably keep it simple and have the other B of potatoes to make sausages, boiled potatoes, veg and gravy (syns)

Well I decided to have them for lunch in a salad with egg, and a dollop of cottage cheese. Was rather yummy. I love the sw quiche idea. Next time i shall do this!

Thanks everyone xxx
