Chilli cheddar

I have a question for you. As HeA just says cheddar, would that cheddar with chillies in it count as a HeA? (think some places call it Mexicana). I really hope so as its GORGEOUS with beans with SW chips! Takes me back to my school days of having chips cheese and beans every day (probably why I have to diet now lol). Is there any other cheeses people can recommend that count as HeA? I don't like stinky cheese eg Stilton. X

I don't think it is a HEA, which is a shame, I agree it is yummy, you could just have normal cheddar on your beans and chips and either chop a chilli up with it all or use a chilli grinder though???

I might have to try it with chilli on top, used to love it on toast as it tasted like pizza Naughty!!
