Evening! Does anyone know a recipe sauce for chilli con carni if i use quorn mince? Really fancy it tomorrow. Im trying to do more red days BUT im not keen on meat! grr!:cry: I always lose weight if i do plenty of reds Thanks Guys Ruth;)
