Chilli recipe

Hey there

I doooooo think I'm going mad today, thought I had seen a well recommended recipe for Chilli on here (either on the recipe thread or in someones diary) cant find it AT ALL.

I have made something up but would like to find and try this recipe anyway

If anyone can post or link me to it That would be FABBO!
