I do actually find that when I have spicy food with chilli in I do tend to have the best losses! But I cannot say it is definately through the chilli or some other factors! why don't you try it and see how you go! you never know you may be surprised xx
chilli, chili's and some curry spices (oh and mustard, strong english stuff) allegedly speeds up metabolism. Tumeric is supp to be good for that as well, can't hurt to try them all :)

I put chilli in most things! I grow lots of different kinds. Can't say I've noticed any difference tho. :eek:
