Chinese chicken curry

Hi ladies, Last week i went a tad off plan as i had a night out on sat and sun we had a take away.
I had chicken curry from the chinese ( It has chicken, pea's and onions in it aswell as the sauce) Instead of Egg fried rice, i had plain boiled.

what would have been the damage for the curry?

I dont know the syns but personally I would write it off as high syns and carry on back with the plan.
