Chinese curry

Hello! Does anybody know the value of a curry boiled rice from the Chinese? I know the rice is free but cannot find a syn value for the curry! Thanks in advance

Hi make your own sin free by boiling cauliflower in chicken stock and adding curry powder when cooked whizz with a blender and you have sin free curry just like the chippie

That sounds nice - I use the mushy pea curry, using different powders for different dishes

i use the Mayflower Chinese one sometimes, that's nice and that's 4 syns for a 100ml portion
