Just a quick question about chinese. If i'm doing a red day could I have spare ribs freely on red?
And if i ordered a dish such as salted chilli chicken (which is chicken breast flavoured with chilli and served with onions and peppers and skipped the rice/chips would that be free or even keep my syns well down on a red day.

I don't know about the chilli chicken but the ribs aren't free sadly

The shopping guide has the ribs down as 8.5 on a red day for 160g - no idea about he salted chilli - if its anything like the chinese near me its always quite greasy!
O god, I was hoping that because it was just meat it might be lower, our chinese is lovely not greasy at all but the portions are humungous.

The ribs from my local chinese are coated in honey, so they would deffo not be free - if only !!!!
