Chinese takeaway

Hi all I'm on my 2nd week of weight watchers and me and the family are having Chinese takeaway tonite for tea and I'm soo confused at what to get. I nomally have crispy won tons with sweet and sour sauce and then have Singapore style vermicelli can't find pro point values for either :( any one help me or suggest alternatives very much appreciated.

Chow mein is your best bet by far - 9pp for a special chow mein! Other values are:

Singapore vermicelli - 14pp
Chicken & Cashews - 9pp
Chicken & Mushroom - 8pp
Mushroom Chow mein - 6pp
Roast pork cantonese style - 10pp
beef in black bean - 12pp

Egg fried rice 0 16pp
Plain boiled rice - 12pp

Hot & Sour soup - 4pp
Sesame prawn toast - 3pp (each)
