My daughter now knows i'm dieting. She worked out I was not eating after she'd gone to bed because the dishwasher had no dishes in!!!

She has taken to eating her tea into the other room while I clear up and trying not to snack, I've not asked her too but she is trying her best to help cos she thinks this will do me good. She is also watching me like a hawk so if i do start eating anything I'm gonna have a 8yr old giving me hell, fantastic motivator!!!

Makes it easier when she's on board.

U don't mind the chineese food because ur one determined woman with fighting will power. Fair play and keep it up. Plenty time for low fat chineese dishes when ur finished LT. Well done Julie.

Im finding that some of the people that do know that I am on LT, don't want to eat infront of me or have me cook, so that I don't get the munchies, I am finding though that cooking is helping, geting full on the smells, lol

I sat next to my youngest the other weekend as she tucked into a McD's followed by a McFlurry. It was a treat after she had played well at a tournament and saved me cooking for her when we got home (it was late) I wasn't tempted even though her coach sat with us and nicked a couple of her chips. Never thought I'd be able to say that!!!

Thanks guys - I am focused at the mo.
SamiAnn - well done - I am lucky as I don't have to do any cooking. My OH is a retired chef - he LOVES cooking and can't wait to begin cooking low fat meals for me.. He has felt a bit redundant since I started LT as our boy is often out and about, so he has no-one to cook for!!
