Curry sauce from the chip shop is 6 syns per serving. Fried rice is 4 syns for a 300g serving. Its worth weighing a takeaway though because their portions CAN be bigger than the SW suggested ones.

Thanks Madam, was from Chinese so hope curry sauce is similar in syns, nowt in eating out book for Chinese curry booo. :) had a blow out last night u see and trying to assess damage :)

i wouldn't worry too much, it's ate...it's gone! perhaps allow 15 syns if you want to calculate. anyway, today's a new day:)

Lol true true!! Put 15 for curry, 4 for rice, 6 for handful chips and 6 for couple prawn crackers. Still within weekly syns but 1.25lb on this morning, gutted!!!

Lots of salt in that food list thoug, so its prob water retention, should shift in a few days or so, don't panic.

Ooh, I like that curry sauce is only 6 syns. I could have with boiled rice and do my own mushrooms in frylight scrummy yummy :)

Or you could make your own syn-free "chip shop curry sauce" from the SW sauces book. It's seriously good.
