Chip Shop-Style Chili Dip

I absolutely love the chili dips/sauces you get in the chippies with your kebabs. So I sat down and thought how to make it myself, SW conform :)

This is my solution - and it does taste like the real deal.

1 can of chopped tomoatoes
1 onion finely cut
2 garlic cloves
1 - 2 tbs vinegar (I used distilled red vinegar)
2 - 3 small red hot chilies, finely cut and deseeded
a little bit of mint (I used dried mint)
salt and pepper (and maybe a bit of sweetener) to taste

I mixed all the ingredients together and used a blender to make it into a thick and rich dip.
Added salt and a bit of pepper and a tiny bit of sweetener to taste and left it in the fridge for two hours.
Just went to try it and it tastes just like the real deal - well happy.

As it's blended, I am not sure if there is a small amount of syns in it??? But considering that some soups are blended and syn-free, I guess it's also free, as all the ingredients are free and superfree xx

This sounds nice. It's blended fruit that has syns so it's syn free :)
