Lol Rebecca, I didn't try a choc shake till at least week 9 coz I hate choc shakes normally and loved them too! Haven't tried a mocha yet, or it hot but may do as the weather gets colder!!!! I love all the shakes which makes it easier to get a bit of variety!

Yep I agree, normally dont like chocolate drinks, but love the LT choc shake. That said, I dont really dislike any of them, but have to admit the novelty is wearing off. Dont think I will miss them when I stop!

And i have to admit me and the soup had a run in yesterday... i wanted something warm as the highland weather is starting to take its toll, being a pathetic lincolnshire girl 'n all. Needless to say the soup and i didnt get along... :(

Consider me a convert to all things choc shake (all things lt choc shake that is)

All i have are choc shakes, 21 a week! i tried them with the peppermint tea and as a mocha for a bit of variety but don't think i'll shift from them!!!! Choc shakes all the way for me :)

wow not sure i could hack only choc shakes for every meal... atleast i kindda like the srawberry... but the choc rlyis so good. (admitidly this is only day two for me lol)

Im rly impressed with all your weight losses... well done!!! so inspiring!

I know what i'm having and don't really crave anything else! :rolleyes:
Did this before for couple of weeks and had all 3 shakes but i kept saving the choc til the evening as my "treat" then thought "sod it" this diet is hard enough, i'm gonna treat myself all day everyday!!!! Chocolatey goodness!!!!:drool: lol

yeah im planning a strawberry lunch (late lunch) and then a choc dinner... lol

there is going to be a trip back to the pharmacy to change the soups (bluuurgh) and the flapjacks as ive heard you shouldnt have them in the first week?


how much exersice do you do btw? 8 pounds is a great loss!! :D :clap:

yeah i tried the soup for first and last time the other day, just made me hungry, tasted like watered down cuppa soup! Don't like chicken soup normally anyway!!!:jelous:
the only exercise i have time to do is running around after my 4yr old son, have tried to take him out to more places tho, excitement for both of us and exercise for me!!!! You should see me chasing him around our local activity centre :rotflmao: signs everywhere saying "no adults allowed" but sure they haven't said anything to me!!!! (yet:p)!!!! I miss those places, they should create an adult one :rolleyes: hehe

lol btw about to have a very late breakfast and lunch combined, never find time for the shakes!!!! :eek:
I don't own a scales so try not to have any water or shakes til i call up to my parents house to weigh myself, terrible i know, then i tend to forget, always try to start with water now i've realised - i've had no shakes yet lol ketosis is a marvellous state of being:rolleyes:

Im drinking so much water, i have never visited the loo so many times in one day... i didnt think it was possible hahahaha.


and im 100% behinde the idea of an adult play center thing, with all the foam etc... truth is though, we would still ache like mad after! kids are so much bouncier!

i decided to make a slip n slide (remember those?) one summer after drinking a lot, needless to say myself and they rest of the people at my party were lovely shades of purple the next day and ached from head to toe... guess hurling yourself at the ground doesnt hurt so much after several gin and tonics!! :character00264:

i remember thinking i could play football once after "a few" g & t's and put myself in goal. When i woke up the next day i thought I'd be in a car accident - until i was shown the photos of me diving to save as many shots as I could - mental!!

i grew up with a tennis court over the road, once a year (usually when it was getting warmer and i had a year to forget how shocking i am at tennis) i'd go and give it a shot... which lasted about 15 mins. It looks so easy on tv. I finally laid tennis to rest after a black eye, which i had a boyfriend at the time to thank for.

im by no means old old (i turn 24 in two weeks or something, yes, ill celebrate with a flapjack with a candle in lol) but i dont half ache when i rly and bounce around like a kid... trampolines.... sheer evil! =D :D

my fiance and i had my birthday this weekend just gone as i am determined to stick to this.

so i had one final weekend of good food and better wine!

Yes i love the choc shakes hot with peppermint tea, mmmm yummy. I don't mind the other shakes. The soup is ok but yday it made me want to hurl. But then again i wasnt feeling well and i've had no probs with it previously. I tried the coconut flapjack, took a nibble scraped it out of my mouth! N-A-S-T-Y!!!!
