Just made a really yummy dessert for 1.5syns (i think? By my working out lol) and half my hexes 
One double choc alpen light (from hexB allowance)
100 ml of milk from HexA
One sachet aero chocolate mouse dessert
Banana
Make up the mousse (I think you could flavour this if you wanted with rum or coconut essence) and chill for half hr in the fridge. When it's done just crumble the alpen light into a glass, top with sliced banana or strawberries and spoon the mousse over. It's a huge portion and you could probably make two with the one sachet but I have rather large wine glasses,......
By my working out of the calories it's 1.5 for the sachet if you use the milk from your HexA. But I couldn't find a syn value online for the sachet using the HexA allowance only the whole syn value which is 7 syns for the whole sachet (3.5 for the half do still not a bad dessert) so I think I'm right but even at 3.5 it's a damn good pud!!! Looks pretty an tastes full fat lol.
