Hi peeps, I was looking through old messages I had from last time I done this diet and came across this which I've never tried but going to give it a shot today. One the girls used to swear by it for day's she needed to munch.

Add 60mls to chocolate shake, (drink the rest if the water u should have put into your shake) spoon onto grease proof paper, blast in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until hard enough to munch on.
 
oh really?? does it actually work? that sounds lovely! i tried the peanut flapjack and oh my god, they are just muck! i thought i was going to get sick eating it but i knew i had to finish it cause i didn't have a spare shake to replace it!
