My version of slimming world chocolate mousse

100g quark
400g 0% total greek yoghurt
2 tsp coco powder (2 syns )
... 2 tbs sweetner or to taste
2 egg whites

mix together quark 0% coco and sweetner till well blended
in a seperate bowl whisk egg whites till stiff fold ito chocolate mixture till combined put into serving dishes or just leave in one bowl put in fridge to chill serve with a blob of 0%

Could i do a simple desert type to go with some fruit from natural fromage frais, sweetner and highlights got chocolate powder?

yes you could do that, also another nice dersert is mix a white chocolate options with quark or 0% or fromage frais and serve with fruit
