Puddings Chocolate mousse

Hi everyone,
A couple of months ago there was a recipie in the sw magazine for chocolate orange mousse using artificial sweetener, egg whites and chocolate. I've lost the magazine, does anyone have it?

Dark Choc Orange & Cardamom Mouse ??

4 1/2 syns per serving ..... if so >>>>>

2 1/2oz or 71 g Dark Choc - broken into small pieces
1 orange
3 Medium eggs, separated
6 tbsp artificial sweetner
1/2 tsp crushed cardamom seeds
4 tbsp fat-free natural fromage frais (to serve)

Melt choc in a large heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water or in micro on low for 30 seconds). Allow to cool slightly.

Finely grate the zest of half the
orange & peel thin strips of zest from the other half. Set aside.

Beat egg whites until they stand up in stiff peaks but are not too dry.

Whisk egg yolks, 4 tbsp sweetner, grated orange zest & cardamom seeds. Mix with choc.

Fold egg whites into mix with large metal spoon.

Spoon mix into 4 cups/ramekins/glasses and chill for 3-4 hours or until set.

Cut any white pith off the strips of orange peel & put in a small pan with the remaining sweetner & 14 fl oz / 397 ml water. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium-low & simmer gently for 12-15 mins. Drain & cool.

Decorate each mouse with the crystalised orange zest & serve with a spoonful of fromage frais.
