I just made these and they turned out quite nice.

    I used:

    56 g Rude Health Puffed Rice - 11 syns*
    50 g 70% Dark Chocolate - 15 syns
    1 tbsp Golden Syrup - 2 syns

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a simmering saucepan of water and then add in the syrup and take off the heat and mix.

Pour in the puffed rice and stir until all of it goes brown.

Fill up tiny cake cases (I managed 31!) and put on a baking tray in the fridge until set.

As I made 31 they work out at 1 syn each.

*However, on a thread in the syn section there was a big discussion about rice puffs with no sugar or additives etc being the same syn value as rice krispies which are laden with sugar SO I like to believe that they are under 1 syn each!!

Please feel free to disagree - the syn values above are official SW and you could always make them with sugary rice krispies if you want for the same syn value which would probably be nicer but not as healthy in my opinion! :)
