I freeze the Tetra until solid and then leave out for about 1/2 hour and put into a dish...yummy ice cream

As Hedgemag says, leave it in the freezer for a bit, defrost so it isn't rock solid and enjoy! It's really nice.

I put a choc tetra in the freezer over a week ago, but I've felt too cold to eat it.

I had the choc tetra last night diluted with hot water and 2 level teaspoons of coffee and a sweetner for a gorgeous mocha. I whisked it up so it was nice and frothy and smiled after each mouthful.
Will def be stocking up on the choc next week :)
p.s. The banana tetra frozen is also v nice!
