well this is my new diary :) im gonna post in here everyday to keep me on track :) even if iv a bad day :) so here goes..

32pp/49 weeklies

breakfast - 2 shredded wheat with a banana & 125ml semi skimmed milk - 6pp

snack - special k bar - 2pp

lunch - ww petit pain with one slice of wafer thin ham & mustard & potato & leek cup a soup, packet of tayto onion rings & grapes- 8pp

dinner - 2 denny thin sausages, mashed potato & beans - 9pp

snack - 2 ww ginger cookies - 2pp

*125ml semi skimmed milk used for coffee - 2pp*

total 29pp

any ideas what else i cud have to use my pp in on 32 a day?? im tryin to cut down portion sizes as when i was previously following sw i ate for sake of eating
