well 1st wk back in on plan and gettin on well i think :) weigh in 2mro nite so hopin for a loss:)can sum1 take a look at wat iv ate 2day and see if its ok?

2 slices nimble (heb)
egg fried in frylight

snack

orange
peach & pineapple mullerlight

lunch

pasta mixed with fat free french dressing, chicken, red onion, scorn & peppers

dinner

2 large baked potatoes with 28g cheddar (hea) bacon & side salad (lettuce,onion,peppers&beetroot)

syns

1 tbsp helmans ex light mayo - 1/2
twister - 4
french fries - 4

(id say il maybe have sum sw chips later on too :) )
