Breakfast - 2 slices 50/50 crusts away and an egg – 3

Snack – 2 mandarin oranges – ½

Lunch – ww petit pain with ham, mustard & tomato, light choices cup a soup – 3
Mini crispy chocolate cluster – ½

Dinner – ww bacon & leek quiche with side salad & fat free dressing, medium potato cut into chips & roasted in oven with garlic & chilli seasoning – 8 ½

Snack – 2 mini quorn sausage rolls – 2

(1/4 pint semi skimmed milk – 1)

Lunch – ww petit pain, 60g prawns with tbsp low fat seafood sauce & side salad, 3 slices melon – 3 ½

Dinner – 2 low fat sausages with medium potato cut into chips and roasted in oven with 40g half fat cheddar, onions, mushrooms & 3tbsp gravy granules – 8

Snack – sugar free jelly – 0
Ww peanut bar – 1 ½

(1/4 pint semi skimmed milk – 1)
