1st Day:

Breakfast: leftover pasta with tomato and garlic
Lunch: Salad, 3 egg omelet (fry light) 2 tomatoes
Snack: Pasta with baked beans
Dinner: Sweet potato chips
Snack: 2 highlights chocolate drink (4 syns), 2 small tomatoes, 30g cheddar cheese HEA1, 1 slice granary bread 800g HEB1, 2 tsp marmite (Free)

Although Fruit and veg could do with increasing, it is a good starting day considering PMS and feeling down all day. Resisted urge to binge. First day in ages to stick. Well done me!
