I'm switching over from WW to Slimming World to try and lose my final stone and a half. Did really well on WW but I've stayed the same for almost a year now and I'm just messing around, so wanted to try something new/fresh. Have done SW before and liked it, so trying again! Joining class on Saturday, but will get started now as I more or less know what I'm doing! Would like to be at target for Christmas :)

Breakfast:
1 x 800g wholemeal, toasted - HexB
Lean Ham
Sliced tomatoes

Lunch:
Chicken Kebab Skewers
Salad

Dinner:
Chilli Con Carne
Brown Rice
1 tbsp sour cream (2 syns)

Snacks:
Space Raiders (3.5 syns)
Malteasers (5 syns)

HexA - milk
HexB - bread

Total Syns: 10.5 syns

Hi!! Yes I did WW for a while, but I prefer slimming world, I don't know, all those points and tracking them, got my back up in the end!! The thing I like about SW is there is ALWAYS something you can eat, with WW, EVERY DAMN thing had to be pointed!!!. Lol!!!
 
WEEK ONE
So I joined class, I'd gained a couple of lbs over half term which I can deal with :)

:) Sunday 29th October- 7 syns :)
HexA: 35g lighter mature cheese
HexB: WW wholemeal 400g loaf

:eat: Breakfast: Free + HexB

Eggy bread with mushrooms

:eat: Lunch: 1.5 syns
Brown rice, chicken breast, peppers, spring onions, soy sauce, 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns)

:eat: Dinner: Spicy sausage pasta - 1 syn + HexA
3 heck paprika sausages (1 syn), passata, onions, garlic, spices, pasta, 35g cheese

Syns: 4.5 syns
space raiders - 3 syns
1/2 sachet options hot chocolate (1.5 syn) to make mousse with 0% fat greek yoghurt
 
Monday 30th October - 5 syns
HexA: cheese string and 1/2 milk portion for drinks
HexB: Wholemeal sandwich thin

Breakfast: Bacon thin (hexb) 1 tsp spread (1 syn)
Lunch: Butternut squash soup and cheese string (hexa)
Dinner: KFC chikcen, SW chips, beans
Snack: fibre one brownie

Tuesday 31st October - 4.5 syns so far
HexA: 2 cheese strings
HexB: wholemeal thin

Breakfast: ham thin (hexb)
Lunch: Left over KFC chicken salad and 2 cheese strings (hexa)
Dinner: cajun chicken, peppers, onions, corn, brown rice
Snack: monster claws (4.5 syns)

Might have more syns - will see how I feel after dinner and snack :)
