Heya all, I've started LC today, gonna post my food daily and weight loss weekly! It's my first week so I'll be easing into it :)
Today:
Bfast: 1 egg, 2 rashers
Lunch: chicken salad
Dinner: chicken and brown rice
Snacks: nuts

Total cal 1200
Total carbs 47
Exercise: 250cal burned walking
Weight today 142.2Lbs

Hopefully tomorrow goes to plan
