Christmas is coming......

and I'm dreading it! It's the first christmas I've ever been trying to be healthy and I've been doing really well with my plan I don't want to spoil things, but also want to enjoy christmas and relax a little....it just feels very inconvenient at the moment! :eek:

What have people got planned for over the christmas period to help with their diets? :confused:

Hi Emsie, christmas is a hard time (my mum is an excellent cook) an d I always go home for christmas, the best way is to relax! if u do make a slip up then dont stress over it! i found that if i made a slip up i would panic and it would send me in to a massive shame spiral and then i would completely go off on a binge, which is worse than if i had made my slip up and carried on.

Im currently doing slimming world so christmas is not too much of a worry except for the party food, lovely morsels wrapped in pastry and sauces high fat nibbles, all i can suggest is in moderation. fill your plate with thing that are healthy and your able to eat then put a couple of bits that are not so good on the top, you wont have much room for bad stuff, but dont let yourself feel deprived!

as i'm on Lipotrim theres no christmas dinner for me!!!

well except for my delicious choc shake that is

i'm just gonna keep out the way and enjoy the smells!!!
