Christmas pudding Ice cream!

Well as we have all been posting about christmas i was feeling the need for a festive treat!! So i went through my books and found this!!

100g christmas pudding (a small pudding is exactly 100g)
2x Vanilla weight watchers yoghurt
2x Toffee weight watchers yoghurt
3 tbsp sweetner
2 tbsp brandy

Crumble the christmas pudding in to the bowl then add the yoghurt, sweetner and brandy and mix together once mixed pour into either one pot or 4 individual pots (i washed out the 4 yoghurts then pour the mixture back into those)

Then freeze for 4-5 hours stirring ever 30 minutes. Then enjoy!!

The syn value is for the whole pot is 21 syns. If you were to spilt it into 4 it is just over 5 syns.

Could we use Mullerlight? If so, would that reduce the syns?

Using mullerlights would be fine but it wouldnt reduce the syns as both mullerlights and weight watchers yogurts are free! Most of the syns are the xmas pudding but i do think it is well worth it!! x
