lost 3 this week!! Am over the moon, I went early for my weigh in (normally go fri) as had felt so poorly this week and felt I needed advice, so am now on maintenance for a week then back to it boxing day!!

I just cannot believe that I mrs Bee have lost 4 stone, I have never lost 4 stone!! Pathetic I know but I have just felt so ill this week, this has defintaly cheered me up!
