d: pasta with bacon HEX B tomato and mushrooms 28g cheese HEX A

snacks: hi fi bar 6 syns
apple and pears

Saturday Red Day

b: Fruit salad

l: eggs bacon and mushrooms 1 slice bread HEX B

d: stir fried duck chicken and prawns with veg and noodles 56g 10 syns

s: Hi Fi bar HEX B 84g half fat cheese HEX Ax2 cherries

Sunday Green Day

b: Baked Beans on 1 slice of bread HEX B

l: roast chicken 85G HEX B a multitude of veg, dry roasted potatoes and some boiled potatoes gravy 1 syn

d: fruit and cheese from below

s: fruit, hi fi bar 6 syns, 85g hf cheese HEX Ax2,

thats what ive done so far, obv the sunday id just what i have planned! im gonna keep a diary each week and record my loss at the end of it so if i lose alot one week and im struggling i can repeat the week for a loss, after being on CD im loving this diet! also if anyone can find a way to improve my menu please let me know!

Monday Red Day
b: special k HEX B fruit salad

l: Bacon and scrambled egg

d: chicken wrapped in bacon and cheese with potato wedges made with frylight HEX B

snacks: 2xcheese HEX A, hi fi bar 6 syns and fruit

Tuesday: Green Day

b: special k HEX B fruit salad

l: Cous cous

d: Egg Bacon HEX B mushrooms tomato quorn sausages beans

s: hi fi bar 6 syns, fruit, 2xcheese HEX A

Wednesday Red Day

B: fruit salad

l: Bacon and lettuce and tomato open sandwich 1 slice bread HEX B

d: Home made beef burgers with salad and roll from HEX B with cheese HEX Ax2

s: hifi bar 6syns, fruit

then its my 1st WI!!

lol i have enough trouble thinking em up for meself!!!

all my many yrs of dieting have bought me to many wierd and wonderful dishes lol

Hiya keep posting your food diaries I am getting good ideas from you.:) What are the Hifi bars like I keep meaning to get some and every week I get half way home and relise I forget them again.:eek:

Do you know that two Alpen Light count as one healthy b extra.
I have a fruity one for breakfast then the choc orange in the night with a cuppa!

Sorry I have been lurking on here for a few weeks and just joined tonight.

omigawd the mint ones are gorge!!!

so are the choc orange ones and the cherry ones taste like cherry bakewells lol

for dinner 2night i have spaghetti bolognaise, but made with 85g beef mushrooms onions carrots peppers and tomatoes need to bulk it out for a green day!

so after this week of food i lost 3.5lbs, lets see what the next week hold, i shall be writing up my weeks menu after ive been swimming and shopping 2moro!
